By signing up to Click Exchangers you are agreeing that you will abide by the terms stated in this agreement, as well as future versions of this agreement. Click Exchangers reserves the right to modify this agreement without prior notification to its members. Any change takes effect immediately and will consider the previous terms invalid.
You agree that you are the legal age in your state and/or country for submitting a contract. You agree that the information that you submit to Click Exchangers is valid. You must have a good understanding of the English language.
Once you have redeemed your points it may take up to 30 days to process the advertisement and point transactions are final. If you decide to refer other people to Click Exchangers you will receive 50% of your referral's points on level 1, 50% of your referral's points on level 2.
We have no tolerance of SPAM as a method of promoting your Click Exchangers referral links. We define SPAM as the sending of any unsolicited commercialised messages. All members found SPAMMING will have their membership terminated and will not be eligible to join Click Exchangers in the future.
You may not attempt to cheat our system in any way. If you want to use our promotional banners for your website you must upload them to your server.
If you have not clicked a paid or point link in 32 days we reserve the right to terminate your account.
Advertising payments are considered final and will not be refunded under any circumstances. We can not guarantee results. We reserve the right to remove advertisements that contain pornography, violence, hatred, spyware, adware, viruses and illegal activities. Payment charge backs are considered to be fraud.
All personal information is stored in the Click Exchangers database and will not be sold or given away to third parties unless you violate this agreement or give us consent to share your personal information with our sponsors. You give Click Exchangers permission to send you newsletters and advertisements.
If you do not agree with the above terms then you may not join Click Exchangers. If a member violates the above terms their membership will be terminated.
